$50K Powerball Ticket Sold In CT As Jackpot Soars To $384M

Check your lottery tickets: No one won the top prize in the Powerball drawing on Wednesday night, but a ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Connecticut.

The Connecticut Lottery Corp. said more than 21,000 "winning" tickets were sold for Wednesday's drawings — worth from $4 to $50,000. Ten people won $300, 34 people won $100, and the rest won between $4 and $21.

And with no ticket sold for the top prize, the Powerball jackpot has soared to $384 million for the drawing on Saturday.

The winning numbers for Wednesday's drawing are: 3 9 16 56 60 with a Powerball of 3.

Powerball drawings are held at 10:59 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays.
